Many adults have the misconception that any orthodontic treatment will take around two years and will require a full set of upper and lower braces, so they avoid taking even the first step of coming in for a consultation. While this is often the case for comprehensive orthodontic treatment with complete bite correction, there are often other options to simply improve the alignment of the front teeth over a shorter time frame and with possibly fewer braces than you may expect.
